I commend your staff at Deluxe. I worked with Jennifer and Sam and both were amazing. I was put in a positive yet difficult situation having planned for 300 people at our conference to almost 400 registered less than we week before. In the past I ordered a custom 11oz mug. I was trying to get the 15oz this time with the same image and was worried that the quality wouldn't be good enough to translate. Allison and others from Deluxe assured me it would come out perfectly. Took the time to address my concerns and needs promptly. The image and the mugs were perfect! Will be ordering again soon!

We purchase our carry bags from Deluxe and they are excellent quality. Their customer service staff is very pleasant to speak to and very prompt to address any questions or concerns.
