Not only was our order processed & shipped quickly, our customer service representative (Eric C.) was extremely efficient and helpful. Our pens even arrived about 5 days before promised! We shared the syringe pens at a local trade show and they were a HUGE hit. Since then, we've handed out the remaining pens to our patients & everyone absolutely loves them. Great value and a fun marketing tool!

The syringe pens are a very big hit. We have lots of students stop by our table at conferences just to pick one up. As far as quality, they are a bit on the cheap side as they don't that great. They are more of a novelty item then a pen you would use long term.

We ordered these as a trade show give away and they fly off the table at every show. We have received nothing but positive comments on these pens from both staff and customers. The printing quality is crisp and clear and the colored liquid inside the "syringe" gives this pen an added touch that really makes it stand out from other like products.

Working in the healthcare industry, these are great talking-pieces for us! Our physicians love them and so do their kids. The only issue we've had is that the liquid inside does eventually dry up after a few months. We try to pass as many out as we can before they reach that point, about 6 months from the time we ordered them.
