I really liked the look and feel of this mug. It was nice and big with a good size handle. Our logo looked crisp also.

The design came out amazing and I don't believe one mug was broken in the shipment! It was exactly what we wanted and everyone was so excited to get and use their mugs! The size is perfect too!

So far so good! The product came in great, sooner than expected, and the Pantone color matching was on point. Really enjoyed working with the team - they were responsive and helpful.

End result came out beautifully. I really love the mugs. A number of them were damaged in shipment, which is a drag. However, the customer service was great and I was credited back for the damaged items.

Great product, great service, very helpful staff. I submitted my graphics for my mug, was able to make edits quickly and easily and received my product in less than 3 weeks. The mugs look great and are of a high quality. I would recommend this purchase to anyone.

We were very impressed with the mug we ordered, and have had many compliments on it. The style of the mug along with our church name, worked out very well. Would recommend it in the future.

Fantastic customer service- this item needed to be ordered and printed and delivered by a certain date. The company team followed through with every detail and the items arrived early!! The quality of the item as well as the printing was fabulous.

The mug is the look, feel, and quality I expected. I am overall pleased and my expectations were met. I was a little disappointed that I could not make the image larger or center it from top to bottom due to the design restraints during the ordering process.

The mugs are great the logo looks awesome the only problem is that anywhere from 6 to 12 mugs are broken each time we receive a shipment (the product is so good this is our 4th re-order!) shipping & handling is our only concern

These are great mugs. The only downside was that almost 30 arrived broken--it was definitely because they got dropped during shipment. When I called to let this company know, they offered a credit or a replacement, and we should be receiving the replacement shortly. Excellent customer service!
