The 2 1/2 inch thickness is about as good as it gets and is a real attention-getter in our stand. After three runs of these cushions, we are confident in the print quality and overall quality of the item. A couple of things to note: when you receive them they will be stuffed 20 to a box (BTW - a REALLY high-quality, rugged box!!) We've learned that you must pull them all out and allow them to "breathe" for 2-3 days before you sell them, lest they look all shriveled up. Also, we've had a few with blown out seams (maybe 20 out of 2500). Being inquisitive I opened those blown cushions all the way up and discovered that there are no less than THREE different styles of foam being used. One style is really dense (Read: GREAT!), one is medium density and one is low density (Read: NOT GREAT) Point being is your customers may have a different experience based on the foam style inside the cusion.
