We wanted to do something special for our students in preparation for the high-stakes statewide testing, so we ordered imprinted pencils for them to use during their tests. We had them customized with a slogan we used throughout the month of review and testing. "ROCK THE SOLs! NOW WE ARE READY! SHOW WHAT YOU KNOW!" We looked at other vendors before ordering pencils from this company. We could have gotten something less expensive that was more cutesy and/or flashy, but we wanted to create a serious climate within the testing labs. It was IMPERATIVE that we buy Dixon Ticonderoga pencils for our students they all know these are the best pencils. And the students were thrilled to get their special test pencils! They did "rock" their tests! I would order from this company again.

Some of the pencils arrived splintered where the eraser cap sits on the wood of the pencil.

I love the Ticonderoga Hex pencil. As any mom of children knows, after endlessly sharpening pencils that keep breaking, the Ticonderoga pencil actually sharpens and stays sharpened without breaking! So I specifically looked for this pencil to personalize for gifts, and this was the only company that would do more than 1 line. The pencils are beautifully done. I ordered black with silver writing. The only complaints I have are the large minimum order of 500, some unevenness with the quality (a few pencils were scratched, one had a sliver of wood sticking up into the eraser portion), and that the lines were a bit close. Otherwise, I am very happy with the product.
