I think this product has amazing potential if they could package and ship it without damage. I loved the design and size is great for our marketing event. However, I had to get our order reshipped. They came out of the packaging and it looked like it had been rolling around my purse for a few years. The front, where the logo was, was all rubbed off and clearly scratched in route to our office. The second batch was much better however, you could still see scratches on the front of the bottle, from shipping I assume. Customer service was great and prompt and got us our second shipment in a timely manner so that we are able to use them for our marketing event!
