I can always count on this company to complete my order ASAP and they regularly make my graphics look better than my originals.

Pencils are not bad, but definitely inferior to those ordered a couple years ago. Color of printing is too dark for the purple color chosen. The pencils also are kind of shoved in to the eraser barrel. Many of them have chipped or cracking paint at that point. About 10% of the total had some defect in the printing, a bubble or blotch of ink, a bit of ink missing from lettering, etc. Service was excellent and representative responsive to my concerns.
