I ordered these BamBams for our largest school fund raiser of the year, which was scheduled in August for October! We had only two months to plan the event, order the prizes and get them shipped in time to distribute to the kids. Planning took over a month and by the time I found this company and these BamBams I was literally at my deadline date for the receive date! They shipped from China and a sweet girl called me personally to ask if I had leeway on shipping dates and I said NO. She explained it was some sort of Chinese holiday and they were saying they couldn't ship them in time. I went into panic mode! SHE SPENT A DAY RESOLVING THE ISSUE & GETTING MY BAMBAMS SHIPPED, ALL WHILE STAYING IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH ME! AWESOME, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE & THESE BAMBAMS WERE THE BEST WE HAVE SEEN! They hold their air forever! ORDER, you wont be disappointed!!!

We had a fantastic experience with ordering of this product. We had a date that we needed them by and the team at this company were able to get them to us the day before! The products themselves were as expected!
