We ordered the Milan Jute Totes with customization as a party favor for a 65th birthday celebration. The entire design, ordering, approval, and shipping processes went smoothly. I received email updates at every step of the process. The final product exceeded our expectations. We got a quality product at a very good price. We would definitely order again and refer others to as well.

good product, but not crazy about the material in the end. tends to shed over time. nice looking bag, however.
