Shipped in a timely manner. The dark blue color on the words was so dark it almost looks black in person.

The customer service offered by this company was top-notch. After dealing with people so willing to go above an beyond in customer service, I was very surprised to receive such an inferior product. The image wasn't centered (but that may have been my fault? it looked centered when I submitted it), but what was really terrible was the inferior quality of magnet. The magnets just barely stick to anything metal and a slight breeze will blow them away. I didn't expect super-strong magnets that would hold up large loads, but these magnets have a hard time even keeping themselves affixed to a surface. WONDERFUL people--TERRIBLE product.
