Entire experience was easy and fun. From the ordering to proof review, this company gives very clear, professional and competent instructions and service. Our "I'm a Library Fan" fans delivered early, a week ahead of anticipated receipt date. Handles appear to be well-glued and the print quality is sharp. This will be a big hit when they're given to members of the Friends of the Winslow Public Library and to our summer readers.

This is a wonderful product. We ordered it first in 2010 for a big
festival that was held at our hotel. Everyone loved it, it was colorful, great size and worked well. We ordered it again this year as it was such a popular item and this time your staff helped us in the designing of our new logo on it. We received the artwork and it was great! Everything we wanted on the fan is there and we tripled our ordered this year! We are so excited to receive them this year. Your product quality is superb, turnaround time is excellent and customer service is the best. I would recommend your company to everyone!

I did the live chat a few times to get questions answered before I decided to make my purchase. I was very pleased with the courteous responses I received with my communications to this company. The fans were received before expected. The print was clear and just what I requested. I will use this company again when needed.
