Love these mugs! I ordered 85 for my wedding and they arrived on-time (I requested the free rush shipping) and not a single one was broken. I had some very fine details on my design that I assumed wouldn't make it through to the printing, but nearly all of them came out perfectly. The mugs were well-packed and arrived in 25lb boxes that were easy to carry and transport. The mugs were a tad dirty, but in a production way rather than a gross way. I'm completely thrilled and would definitely order them again!

I ordered hundreds of coffee mugs as favors for my sister's wedding. After the order went through, the company discovered the item I needed was out of stock. The salesperson that contacted me was extremely helpful in helping me with timelines and alternate products in order to get the items I needed as soon as possible! I received the product and LOVED the design and quality (so did all of the wedding guests!) Thank you!

This is a wonderful product that allows for staying within a low budget. Although there can only be one color used on the mug, the color is very precise and there is no "bleeding". The mugs were delivered with sufficient packaging materials to avoid damage. I used the mugs last year for a different event and was so impressed that I decided to use them this year as well. Customer service was excellent and was very patient with me. You can't go wrong with using these mugs!

The free 24-hour rush for production time was great and the rep was very timely with his/her responses, allowing us to avoid increased shipping rates. A few of the mugs however had small markings on them--but we ordered extra. Overall, happy customer.
