Our business has ordered golf pencils for our miniature golf course for over 5 years. This company is always prompt in asking for artwork approval. This year, I had made an error in text, and they were able to quickly correct this so I could give final approval to enable our order to go to production. Even with the one day delay caused by my error, our order was received prior to the original delivery date given when I placed the order.

This product was exactly as advertised and the service to customize it was excellent. I especially appreciated that multiple lines of text were allowed, which was not the case for similar products from other companies.

We have used this company's hexagon golf pencils at our miniature golf course for several years now and are extremely pleased. The pencils hold up to multiple uses and our customers love to take them home as a memento because the name of the golf course is imprinted on them. I would highly recommend this product.
