I was looking for a smaller size ceramic mug with a lid and wanted it to have a modern, updated look. This product definitely met all of those criteria. We ordered 100 in black with our church logo and they were so popular, we ended up putting in another order right away. People loved that it is a "normal mug" (not like a typical travel mug) but with a lid. The price was great, and they came super fast. The only issue is that out of an order of 100, 1 mug had something wrong with the lid - it just kept popping back up even after adjusting the plastic piece inside. But when I reported that to this company they very generously gave me a great discount on the next order plus another free mug to replace that one. Great product!

The mug and lid are perfect, but the logo comes off with even very gentle hand washing. Wish i could recommend it, but not worth it if you intend to wash it.
