This chip is fairly heavy, the weight feels good. And the printing of the decal came out well, with accurate colors. Personally, I would prefer a matte plastic, something that wasn't shiny. But we're happy with the product. More importantly, the folks at this company - Laura and Hap, in particular - went the extra mile to help us get this rush order placed properly and shipped in time. Many, many thanks!!!

I could not be more pleased with ANY company than I am with this company! I logged onto to their web page and was immediately contacted via live chat. I told Jennifer what I was looking for and she walked me right through the process. I emailed my desired design (for poker chips) and within days everything was approved and I now have my product. I would recommend this company to everyone.
