I was so excited to receive my 5 part expandable fan for my wedding!!!! It was gorgeous! I even had guest want to duplicate the style for their mortuary business. :) I will advise that future customers thoroughly check their proofs prior to approval. There was an error on my fan that was generated by this company's design team or 3rd party vendor that I overlooked. Maria Montalvo and the company team worked very diligently to replace the fan with 4 days away from my wedding. The product arrived arrived the day before my wedding with no errors!!!! Customer service speaks volumes for me and considering I was a very anxious bride-to-be, Maria made sure she kept me updated and tracked the item until it was delivered. I would definitely order from them again!!!!! Just verify the proof before approving......:)
