Very good quality sweatshirt. This has more of a tailored fit (in the arms & sides), so we found that some of our staff prefered to go up a size. They look great on. Cozy interior and well constructed. We ordered both the woman's full-zip hoodie & the eConscious unisex pull-over hoodie (which is a little roomier, just FYI), and both were a huge hit.
