Economy Fleece Blanket

Wow! The blankets arrived on schedule and the quality is impressive. The embroidery is well-done and my daughter is delighted to include these in her wedding. The edges of the blanket are finished and when open to full size the blanket is large enough to cover the laps of two adults. So why 4 stars instead of 5? The only drawback I found was the overpowering chemical smell wafting from the blankets. We've had to run them through the dryer on air cycle and leave them open for days to remove that. Is it the cardboard box used for shipping, the material itself, or something in the process? Thankfully we have time before the wedding to address this.
