I ordered 500 custom cut magnets and when i got them they were not cut properly. Once I notified this company, they responded quickly and we went through the process of getting the magnets cut in the right place and they replaced them with no charge since it was their error. I really appreciated the time they spent trying to get my order correct. As for the magnets, I thought it was a good product for the price.
