Budget Jotter with Pen

The concept of the small notepad with attached pen is great and extremely useful! However, the actual product came to us in less than perfect condition with several shattered pens and many that would not stay down when engaged for writing. Our problem was resolved well thanks to this company's customer service and it could have been a result of poor handling with the shipper, but I would keep this in mind when ordering and get extras to cover damage if you are doing these in a rushed situation.
