These mugs made great gifts for a client appreciation function we held. We stuffed them with coffee packets, biscotti, and chocolate. So cute!

The printing on the ceramic mugs was exactly as I expected. They were packaged well and none of them arrived broken. The logo I had printed on the white mugs was clear, lined up correctly and looked professional. I ordered mugs and several of them were very dirty on the inside and out. It looked like they had been sitting in an open warehouse unprotected and a thick layer of dark dust had built up in the bottom of the mugs. I had hoped to just hand them out as-is but ended up having to wash them all. Some of the dirt on the outside was difficult to remove. About 6 mugs also had slight blemishes in the the ceramic that looked like black marks that wouldn't wash off. For the price it was a decent deal but not top-notch quality.

The mug was fine, the imprint was poorly made, crooked and circle in artwork out of round.
