This tumbler is a great quality! It appears to seal fairly well and the printing does not look like it will rub off easily. My primary complaint: I ordered a sample, requesting the silver color. When I received it, it didn't look as light as the silver on the website, so I reached out to customer support to check what color we received (the sample information does say that you aren't guaranteed the color you requested). Customer support wasn't able to find out which color we received, so I ordered the titanium, thinking that was likely the color we actually received. NOPE - it was silver all along. Silver looks like the average YETI color - pretty similar to the titanium color on the website. Titanium was actually much darker, to the point that you can't read the black ink on it very well. I was pretty disappointed with that customer service experience, and it's too late to return 50+ tumblers with our logo already printed on it. Please devise a better system for keeping track of samples!!
