This was a rush request and I needed these delivered by a certain day. The customer service personnel was excellent. Laura Taylor was the WEB SALES MGR. that handled my request and she went above and beyond all expectations to assure that my product was produced and delivered on-time. I could not have asked for better service. The quality and price of the product (shot glass) was exceptional. I just placed another order with this company for some additional promotional items. Overall a great product
