Mugs were of good quality, and the print quality was excellent. Item was received almost 2 weeks earlier than original estimate. Very pleased with this product and have already placed a second order.

Nice size mug. Doesn't seem cheap. And the print is great. Full photo wraps all the way around and it looks really clear. Thanks!

Overall, this product is great. At 15 oz., it is a more normal size for people that like to "add" to their coffee or tea. The mugs appear to be well constructed and everything was very well packed. There was nothing chipped or damaged from shipping. I did have to rate the item down a bit because out of 96 mugs ordered as gifts, we were unable to use 12 of the mugs due to various imperfections... some color bleed problems at the edges of our photograph, a couple of minor glazing defects and a couple of mugs that had what appeared to be stains that were glazed over during that process. If ordering this product, be sure to order extras to cover for items that should have been caught in the quality check stage of production before shipping.
