The ordering process was great. The people at this company were very helpful and walked me through a complex order I was making for my office. The mugs looked great and the customized logo was wonderful. The only draw back was that in during shipment, five mugs were broken and had to be sent back. I think that's more of a carrier problem than a problem with the company however. Aside from that, this company provided outstanding service. thank you!
