So beyond happy with this company. When I first started my mug printing, I was using another printer and made a HUGE mistake. After a huge mess up with my other printer, I decided to give this company shot. I will tell you that I am NEVER going back to my other printer again! Mugs were sent out well before the anticipated delivery date and they were packaged so secure that I highly doubt any of my mugs were damaged. Thank you for everything and I will be back!

I love the actual mug and we are pleased with the quality. The color was a bit lighter than it was in our proof, and I would have provided the pantone color had I known it would have been different than our logo. However, the mugs are still adorable and people love them. Thanks!

The overall look of the mug + the ink were great, upon arrival. However, I quickly realized that the ink does not hold up well at all over time, even fading away after just a couple of hand washes.
