The mugs are very solid and easy to hold. The screen printing came off on several of the mugs when first washed. After moving the remaining mugs to only the top rack of the dishwasher they seem to be ok.

Good mug. A few 5 or 6 out of 100 arrived broken...usually chipped at the top or handle had broken off. Screen printing seems to chip off easily.
