As this was my first time purchasing promotional products, I was nervous about the final product. The company walked me through each step both on the phone and through their Online chat. The final product was better than expected.

The mug is great and the printing turned out very well, and I was very impressed with the rush shipping. However, when I started my online order, I entered in that I wanted 100 mugs. Obviously this is my fault for not checking the invoice before submitting payment, but I was disappointed to find that only 72 were actually included in my order. Again, I'm aware this is my own fault, but when someone initiates an order for 100 they typically do not expect it to change to a lower number. We did not have enough mugs for all of our volunteers and as a result will now need to do another order.

The mug is well made and not a cheap product in quality by any means. My business ordered the Royal blue color and love the look. I would recommend this to other, as we will probably reorder in the future!

Excellent quality! Ordered this mug to replace the original order from another company that sent us terrible quality! More than happy with this company's quality and service on every single level. Jennifer Powell has been excellent as well as Nikki Farmer. Wonderful people and a great product!

This was the first time I used this company as a vendor. The product received was of good quality, pricing is competitive and delivery was timely. A couple of mugs arrived broken, but this company was quick to credit the amount. I would definitely do business with them again.
