Nice, sturdy mug. We originally got the wrong color but got it replaced in time for our event. I've also washed it on the bottom rack of the dishwasher a couple times and it has held up.

I loved working with this company on my project. They helped me via chat figure out which product would work best for me, in my timeframe and in my budget and the finished product came out looking very professional. In addition the shipment came in days before I expected it! Wonderful!
