The pens came out excellent (and FUNCTIONAL). We are so happy with the look and feel of them! Of course, as we ordered 250, there were a few that had smudges on the logo design, but you will find that everywhere when it comes to bulk orders and it is far from a deal-breaker. As a nonprofit organization, we have tax-exemption. Customer service was so helpful throughout the process of getting sales tax removed and answered all our questions. We will definitely order from them again!

The writing on the pens were too thin for people to notice,all the pens we're not screwed back together so all the pens I handed out I had to screw them tight back together they were all loose,loose like falling apart.

These seem like nice pens. The logo we sent wasn't appropriate for this product but the art department still gave us two options using word formatting for our practice. Prompt shipping and worked with in our delivery deadline! Excellent!
