Multiple proofs were not corrected even though I gave clear feedback. I ordered black and well after the approval process was told black wasn't available. I ultimately went with red but the order delivery was delayed by a week. The people on the phone were polite and as helpful as they could have been, I suppose. But there was some disorganization on that end. I take responsibility for not checking this, but the caribiner did not have our logo printed on both sides...like every other caribiner I've ordered through different companies over the years...wasted space that doesn't fulfill my advertising wishes. Lastly, I ordered 500 caribiners and they arrived 100 to a box and within that larger box there were 100 smaller boxes. This is unnecessary packaging in a world riddled with trash. It would be nice to have options. Overall not a terrible experience and the final product is acceptable, but I think there's room for improvement.
