The keychains look nice, exactly as pictured, and the engraving came out beautifully. We had originally chosen a slightly different product, but due to our last-minute order this style was suggested to us instead. They looked great and arrived on time. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

I was extremely pleased with this order. I went back and forth with customer service and they were courteous and prompt. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted by the date I needed it. We gave these away at a beer festival and they were a huge hit. Another review said that they're not actually good at opening bottles. Admittedly, that's not really why I got them, but I saw beer vendors using them at the event without any problems. I will definitely buy from this company again and would purchase this product again if it fit the theme.

The finish and etching on the openers is pretty nice. The problem I have with them is they suck as bottle openers. The bottom "claw" needs to be just a bit longer so the caps come off in one try. Still something shiny to hand out and get some attention.
