Yes the product met our expectations. Website is user friendly. Customer Service Wonderful. Needed a rush job (at least we thought it was a rush job) and received products in plenty of time for the event.

Love the pens but I didn't realize when I ordered them that their was not a line for our phone number needless to say my husband is not happy with me as this was a pen to give out to customers besides using them in our office do you offer another line for printing or was I just in a hurry and didn't notice I could add another line?

Pens are great! Pens arrived FedEx after 6:30 PM, needed for conference the next morning so very pleased that shipment arrived when they said it would. Talked with service rep because I wanted to be sure item arrived no later than Friday. Rep checked on order, made some calls, and then called me back saying everything looked good. Service people were excellent, from ordering, correcting design, and delivering! Wish we had ordered more than 300. Will order from this company again.

The church loved the pens - I wasn't sure what kind of logo to put on the pens but the people at this company helped me and they look great.
