Sleek and very sturdy. My company purchased these to ship heat sensitive products to our customers. We have gotten great feedback.as the bags are re-usable and great for grocery shopping. I keep a few in my car. Overall great product!

I'm giving it four stars because the price was good. But, the cream color fabric is odd and a bit cheap looking. If you look at my picture, it's so thin on the pocket area you can actually see the contents of the pocket. It's a nice sized bag.

When I originally ordered the bag, I was viewing a green color online that was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, they switched suppliers and had not updated the site. The bag I received was much darker green. Customer service did switch it for a lighter shade, but still not the original color I thought I was ordering.
