Designed for hands-free cooling, this lightweight device features dual air outlets on each side, delivering a powerful and even airflow around your neck. With three adjustable speed settings - gentle, moderate, and strong - you can customize your cooling experience to suit any situation. The flexible silicone neckband stretches and folds for a perfect fit and rotates 360 degrees to direct airflow exactly where you need it.
