Everything was great. Customer service was a big help with getting everything set up. The only issue was that it was sent to the billing address. But that was a minor hiccup. All the clients love this and we will be ordering again with this company.

We purchased the matte black tumbler with the laser engraving- what a great combo! While the logo is just a little smaller than I would prefer (a limitation of their laser engraving machine, I assume), the final result is stunning. We've received rave reviews from customers for these tumblers. The double wall insulation seems to do a great job of keeping liquids hot, with several people expressing surprise at how long it kept their coffee warm (even while fishing on a cold lake for hours). We've liked them so much we've made two repeat orders. These are the best tumblers I've found out of three different vendors I've tried. The smoky colored plastic lid is a nice touch to go with the black.

Not quote like the lil giant cup that i thought i was getting but it will work . Has some type of felt pad on bottom of cup and no instructions to hand wash . The print quality was excellent , customer service was good too as there was a hicup with the lid overall, good value and quick process

We ordered 240 of these guys for our church volunteers. They are very well made, just like the name brand version, just a little bit lighter when compared to one of the big name brand tumblers. The only problem I had with them is that the lids have a mechanism to open and close the lid to keep from spilling, however, on everyone of these lids, it is very hard to open and close the sip cover. I kind of wish they would just take the sip cover off. This company was fantastic though, they laser etched our logo on the cups and even offered an alternative to what we sent them and we liked their suggestion better than what we sent them. They were delivered quicker than their estimate and they looked fantastic. Everyone loved them.

We love the tumbler! Our volunteers are going to love it as well. The only thing we would like to be able to do next time is to make the logo larger.
